UNSAFE OR DANGEROUS PREMISES
Many times the owner or manager of a premises fails to take reasonable precautions to provide for the safety of the individuals that will be using the premises. This may be in the form of a dangerously slippery substance on the floor, an exposed electoral device, or many other conditions that are unreasonably dangerous to the people reasonably expected to use the premises. The degree of care owed to the user by the owner or manager of the premises is determined by the type of user. For example, a higher degree of care is owed to a customer than to the delivery service or trespasser.
