He is able to achieve so much in large part thanks to the highly capable and compassionate team that runs his Arlington, TX, office.
Chief Officers
Kati Crouch
Kati joined us in 2009 and is our Chief Operations Officer. She is a very active member of the Arlington, Texas community, and is a prominent member and past president of the Arlington West Rotary Club. She works with many local groups, such as the City of Arlington, ACH Child and Family Services, and Big Brothers and Big Sisters. Kati is particularly proud of being the founder of the Arlington Women's Book Club, which inspires women across Tarrant County to read for both fun and self-improvement.
Sharon Walton
Sharon is our Chief Financial Officer. She manages our accounting department and handles everything from payroll and employee benefits to client expenses and disbursements. Sharon has been married to Rocky since 1968 and has been employed with the firm since 1981. She has been an invaluable part of both Rocky’s life and legal career since they first became college sweethearts. She loves spending time with Rocky and their three grown children and seven beloved grandchildren.

Michelle Giesecke
Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Michelle is a licensed claims adjuster and notary public who has been with us since 2001. She oversees and manages cases for our Pre-Litigation Department. Michelle is extremely efficient in negotiating medical liens, which helps our clients obtain additional recovery. We are a modern practice, and Michelle was ahead of the curve when she began working remotely in 2015 from Poolville, Texas. She attends concerts, plays cards, and spends time with her two adult daughters and nine grandchildren.
Maria Garzon Moreno
Litigation Paralegal
Maria Garzon Moreno has been with the firm since 2026. She was born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in Hollywood, Florida, after moving to the United States at six years old. Maria excelled in high school and went on to earn her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, with a minor in Criminal Justice and certificates in Litigation and Advocacy and Criminal Profiling. Maria is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., where her commitment to service and social action continues to shape who she is both personally and professionally.
With several years of legal experience, Maria recently relocated to DFW, Texas, to continue building a career focused on advocacy and making a meaningful impact in personal injury clients’ lives. Outside of work, Maria stays actively involved in her community and enjoys spending time with her two cats, Suki and Peep.

I don't think that I have enough space or word to express just how wonderfully awesome Rocky Walton and his entire Staff are!!! Throughout the years I have had 15 attorneys and including one judge worked for me on various cases, not to mention my sister and brother in law are both attorneys. Out of all of the attorneys that I know and or have worked for me, Rocky Waltons and his Associates have been hands down above and beyond the Best!!! THESE GUYS AND GALS HAVE COMPASSION AND THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING! Rebecca Ortiz has been our legal receptionist since 2023. She is bilingual and loves welcoming clients and visitors to our office with a warm smile. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is known for being task-oriented and versatile. Rebecca is originally from California but moved Texas for bigger opportunities. In her spare time, Rebecca loves to spend time with her family and traveling the world with her closest friends.
Michelle has been our medical records clerk since 2023. She is originally from California but has lived in Texas for many years. Michelle thoroughly enjoys gathering our client's medical, billing and radiology records quickly in admissible format to work up our client’s damages. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her two children and family as well as being an active member of her church.
Dianne began as our legal receptionist in 2015 before becoming medical records clerk in 2017. She is a notary public who has worked in the legal field since the 1990s. She prides herself on working diligently to retrieve our client's medical and billing records for claim evidence and presenting this evidence in a legally admissible format. Dianne’s efforts are key to helping our firm secure excellent settlement recoveries for our clients.
Caroline has been our pre-litigation legal assistant since 2023. Caroline grew up in Schulenburg, Texas, a small town halfway between Houston and San Antonio. After graduating high school, Caroline pursued her bachelors degree at Sam Houston State University in Huntsville, Texas. After graduating college, Caroline moved to DFW to pursue her career in the legal field. In her spare time, Caroline enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family, friends and dog.
Melissa has been our Accounting Assistant since September 2024. She has a bachelor's degree from University of North Texas in business management with a minor in art. Melissa is a dedicated accounting professional with over 20 years of accounting experience. She is a wonderful team player who is extremely organized and detailed-oriented. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, teaching yoga and writing poetry. She also enjoys gardening and baking.
