Our Staff

Kati Crouch
Kati Crouch is our Client Care Coordinator and she has been employed with the firm since 2009. Kati has a Bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Arlington in Social Work and she is also a Licensed Claims Adjuster. Kati is very active in the Arlington community and is a prominent member and current president of the Arlington West Rotary Club. In her spare time, Kati enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends as well as serving as President of the Arlington Women’s Book Club.

Michelle Giesecke
Michelle Giesecke has been with us since January of 2001. She is a Pre-Litigation paralegal. Michelle oversees the Pre-Litigation Department and manages the Pre-Lit cases until settlement is disbursed or until suit is filed. She is a licensed Insurance Claims Adjuster as well. Michelle lives in Roanoke. She has two adult daughters and eight grandchildren. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends and vacationing at the beach. Jacqueline "Jacky" Anuario
Jacqueline “Jacky” Anuario is our Litigation Legal Assistant and she has been employed with the firm since 2020. Jacky is an Arlington native and she graduated from Juan Seguin High School. Jacky has a Bachelors degree from Tarleton State University in International Studies with a minor in Spanish and she is a Phi Mu Fraternity alumna. In her spare time, Jacky likes to spend time with her family, friends and her dog, Nugget, and she loves going on new adventures.

Sharon Walton
Sharon Walton has been with the Firm since 1981 working in and overseeing Accounting. Sharon has been married to Rocky since 1968. They live in Kennedale and have three grown children and seven grandchildren. Sharon enjoys spending time with her grandkids especially attending their sporting events as well as reading and spending time at the beach.

Magdalia "Maggie" Ayala
Magdalia "Maggie" Ayala is our receptionist and she has been employed with the firm since 2017. Maggie graduated from Haltom High School and is currently attending classes at Tarrant County College with an aspiration to obtain her paralegal certification. Maggie has been an avid soccer player for many years and she also ran track and cross country in high school. In her spare time, Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling to Mexico to visit family.

Dianne Stalewski
Dianne initially started at our firm in 2015 as our receptionist and she is now our medical records clerk. Dianne has an Associates degree in Administrative/Secretarial Science and she has worked in the legal field since the 1990s. Dianne enjoys reading, watching movies and spending time with her beautiful grandchildren.
