Man arrested after crashing into the rear of a disabled vehicle in Dallas early Saturday morning, just after 2AM in August 31, 2019. There were two minor kids in the crash and driver, Arturo Espinoza, was arrested after police found that he had multiple warrants out for his arrest. The children were transported to Children’s Medical Center.
