Motorcyclist Dies After Crash In Arlington By Rocky Walton on September 14, 2019

On Saturday, September 14, 2019, a motorcyclist headed westbound in the 2500 block of East Division crashed into a sedan that was turning  northbound on Watson Road from eastbound Division Street. The crash occurred just before 4PM and the motorcyclist was confirmed deceased on scene after being ejected from his motorcycle.

Preliminary date suggests the driver of the sedan may have failed to yield right of way to the motorcyclist. Investigation of the traffic light sequence should be completed. The family of the motorcyclist should review the motorcyclist auto policy to see if there is available Personal Injury Protection coverage as well as Under Insured Motorist coverage.
