On the early morning of December 1, 2019, a vehicle crashed into the back of a large flat-bed trailer. The driver was traveling along Horton Road in Forest Hill and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigations continue and it is unclear if there was an occupant in the flat-bed trailer at the time of the major crash.
