On December 6, 2019, a Lamborghini crashed into a guardrail on PGBT at Arkansas Lane after losing control on the Turnpike in Grand Prairie. The driver was dead at the scene and the passenger was airlifted to a hospital with serious injuries.
Investigations continue as to why the driver lost control of the vehicle.
