53yo Motorcyclist Killed by Vehicle who Failed to Yield Right of Way
On April 18, 2020, a vehicle turned in front of a motorcycle traveling north on Green Oaks in Arlington at Randol Mill Road. The motorcyclist, a 53-year-old-woman, was ejected and was taken to a hospital where she died. Our hearts go out to the motorcyclist and her family. Unfortunately, this is a common occurance where drivers fail to pay attention to motorcyclists. The family of the deceased should cooperate with Arlington Police Department to obtain a certified copy of the crash report. Claims should be made with the at fault drivers insurance as well as on the motorcycle insurance. Our office is available for a free consultation.
