Motorcycle Crash Kills Two in Denton
On the night of May 29, 2020, two people on a motorcycle lost their lives in a serious crash along southbound I35 in Denton at Oak Street. Reports say the motorcycle took the Oak Street exit too late and crashed. If the motorcycle driver had personal injury protection (PIP) on the insurance, the family of the driver could collect the PIP coverage. The passenger on the motorcycle could also collect the PIP insurance as well. If the passenger was NOT on the motorcycle insurance policy, the passenger could collect the liability insurance on the motorcycle as well as any UIM coverage that the passenger carried on their personal vehicle.
