Drunk Driver Hit & Run Injures Pedestrian By Rocky Walton on June 16, 2020

On the morning of June 14, 2020, a woman hit a pedestrian with her vehicle along Dallas Parkway service road and didn't stop to render aid. The 34-year-old woman was allegedly under the influence of an uknown substance when her vehicle left the roadway, struck a curb, and then struck a 27-year-old man walking on the side of the road. The man flipped and hit her windshield but she continued to travel until her car was stopped due to damage from the accident. The man was transported to a hospital with critical injuries. We hope that the pedestrian has a speedy recovery. Our office is available for a free consultation. We would like to investigate to see where the drunk woman was served alcohol as their might be a possible dram shop case.
