Alcohol Contributed to Four-Vehicle Crash Killing 1 By Rocky Walton on August 06, 2020

On the night of August 5, 2020, a vehicle and SUV collided after the vehicle attempted to pass the SUV. They then hit a Jeep driven by a 43-year-old woman that crashed onto the service road after overturning on the highway. Another vehicle was struck by flying debris. The first vehicle also flipped over in the crash. The driver of the first vehicle was taken to a hospital for injuries. The driver of the Jeep was also taken to a hospital, but died there. Preliminary investigations say alcohol was a factor in the crash. We would like to investigate this matter further to see if there is a potential dram shop claim. We are very sorry to hear about the multiple vehicles involved in this completely unecessary crash. Our office is available for a free consultation.
