Construction Accident Kills Man in Arlington By Rocky Walton on August 21, 2020

On the afternoon of August 20, 2020, a man lost his life in a construction accident in far north Arlington. Preliminary reports state that a supervisor, a 30-year-old man, was training a worker with a bobcat when the supervisor was struck by the machine and killed. Our hearts go out to the deceased and his family. We are unsure why he was struck by the machine, but it is possible the machine was faulty. The family should look into workers benefits / wrongful death benefits from the employer as well as a possible negligence and products liability claim. Our office is available for a free consultation.
