Multiple People Injured After Boat Explosion
On the afternoon of August 29, 2020, multiple people were injured in a boat explosion near the Lake Weatherford marina in Weatherford. Six people sustained injuries in the explosion. The boat was fully on fire while on the lake. Three medical helicoptors were on the scene to transport the injured to a hospital burn unit. We are unsure why the boat caught fire and if the boat has liability insurance. Our office is available for a free consultation regarding this matter.
