Funeral Escort Motorcyclist Injured
On the afternoon of September 19, 2020, a vehicle collided with a motorcyclist escorting a funeral procession on Garland Road near White Rock Lake in Dallas. Preliminary reports state the driver of the vehicle crossed after being waved on by a driver in the procession, unaware that the motorcyclist was passing on the right side of the line of cars. The motorcylist, a 42-year-old man hit a tree after being ejected as a result of the collision and sustained critical injuries. This is such a tragic accident and our thoughts and prayers are with those involved. Claims could be made against the driver as well as the driver who waved them on.
