On the very early morning of September 27, 2020, a 24-year-old man was speeding and driving while intoxicated when his vehicle collided with another vehicle and took the lives of three people. The speeding vehicle was traveling north on Masters Drive in the Pleasant Grove area of Dallas as it collided with the other vehicle traveling south and turning left onto Old Seagoville Road. A passenger in the drunk driver's vehicle was ejected and died at the scene along with two other people from the other vehicle. The intoxicated driver sustained serious injuries and was taken to a local hospital. He was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
