Woman Ejected and Killed After Multiple Crashes - Irving, TX By Rocky Walton on October 19, 2020

On the very early morning of October 18, 2020, a 29-year-old woman was ejected from her vehicle and killed after a series of mishaps and crashes. Initially, a vehicle was disabled and stranded in the right lane on Loop 12 Northwest Highway in Irving when it was rear-ended by another vehicle. A witness attempted to rescue the driver out of the second vehicle. During this rescue attempt, a third vehicle crashed into that same vehicle which ejected the driver who the witness was trying to extricate. That woman was ejected onto the Elm Form Trinity River creek bed from the highway bridge. A police helicopter helped locate the woman who was found deceased.  Numerous claims could be filed. We are so sorry for the injuries and loss that this crash occurred. Our office is available for a free consultation.
