Motorcyclist Killed in Crash With Pickup Truck and Trailer - Parker Co
On the night of Ocotber 21, 2020, a 21-year-old man operating a motorcycle lost his life in a collision with a pickup truck and trailer on FM 920 in Parker County. The truck driver attempted to make a left turn onto FM 920 from Sharla Smelley Road as the motorcyclist traveling south on FM 920 collided with the pickup. The motorcycle had the right of way and the truck failed to yield. The driver of the truck was not injured. We are sadden by the loss of the young man and are disappointed that this happens so frequently where vehicles fail to yield right of way to motorcycles.
