Drunk Driver Arrested After Accident Kills Passenger - Dallas, TX By Rocky Walton on November 30, 2020

On the very early morning of November 26, 2020, a 33-year-old woman named Stephania Ruiz lost her life as she rode in the passenger seat of a vehicle that her 27-year-old female friend was driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested for intoxiction manslaughter. According to reports, the woman driving crashed into a concrete bridge pillar after leaving the roadway and hitting a light pole on the North Central Expressway service road in Dallas. The impact killed Stephania and the driver was taken to a hospital where it was revealed she was intoxicated. Rest in peace, young Stephania. We are thinking of her family during this difficult time.
