Juvenile Killed in Crash With Intoxicated Driver - Dallas, TX By Rocky Walton on December 16, 2020

On the morning of December 15, 2020, two vehicles crashed at the intersection of Maryland Avenue and E. Missouri Avenue in Dallas. A sedan carrying three children aged 10, 11, and 13, was struck by another vehicle that ran a stop sign. All three children were taken to a hospital and unfortunately the 10 year old died. The 47-year-old driver that ran the stop sign was determined to be intoxicated and was charged with three counts of Intoxication Assault and Intoxication Manslaughter. It is not yet known what the conditions of the drivers and other juveniles are. We are very sorry for the loss of the 10yo child. Our office is available for a free consultation regarding this matter.
