Negligent Driver Kills Four on Highway - Dallas, TX
On the early morning of January 9, 2021, an accident occured along south I35E near Camp Wisdom Road in Dallas, causing traffic to head to the right lanes. Traffic had slowed to a stop in the right lanes as the driver of a BMW failed to slow and stop and crashed into the back of a white vehicle stopped on the right lane. This caused several vehicles to crash in a chain reaction behind the BMW. Two juveniles and two adults died in the white vehicle struck by the BMW. The driver of the BMW, a female, is being charged with Criminally Negligent Homicide as the crash remains under investigation.
