Elderly Man Checking Mail Killed by Hit and Run Vehicle - Arlington TX
On the afternoon of January 30, 2021, an elderly man went to check his mailbox on Timberview Lane in Arlington when he was struck and killed by a passing vehicle that did not stop to render aid. The man died at the scene. Preliminary investigations state the man was possibly dragged by the vehicle down the street after being struck. The man's wife went outside to check on him after he did not return after several minutes.
