On the afternoon of March 25, 2021, a 69-year-old man was driving a homemade golf cart along Royalwood Circle off CR 803 and FM 917 when he collided with an oncoming vehicle head-on in Joshua. The golf cart driver lost his life at the scene. Investigations continue
