Drunk Driver Kills Woman - Arlington, TX
At about 2:30am on April 16, 2021, multiple collisions that started from an intoxicated driver caused a 21-year-old woman from Canada to lose her life. The intoxicated driver of a vehicle in the first collision caused a crash with a semi truck after swearving. The semi then jack-knifed and blocked the highway across all lanes. Another vehicle was unable to avoid colliding with the crashed semi and died at the scene after crashing into it. The 38-year-old male intoxicated driver who initially caused the collisions was charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
