On the morning of June 18, 2021, a 62-year-old man lost his life when his motorcycle collided with a pickup truck turning left onto Farmer Road from White Settlement Road. The motorcyclist was traveling south on Farmer Road when the pickup failed to yield to his right of way. The driver of the pickup, a 57-year-old man, sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.
