Sometimes accidents do happen where the blame cannot be thrown onto a single person for the event that transpired. In this particular case, the police do not believe there is any significant wrongdoing by the driver of the vehicle. That does not mean that the family of the boy has no legal recourse, however as the family can still seek restitution through civil court. To do this they would need to retain the services of a board-certified attorney to help them deal with both the courts and the insurance companies. Roger ‘Rocky’ Walton is a board-certified attorney with decades of experience dealing with vehicle accidents and accidental death cases. Rocky Walton and his legal team would work tirelessly to make sure that the victims of accidents are given the maximum amount of damages they were owed by the insurance companies.
The person or parties responsible for this car accident should be held accountable for all damages related to the crash. To find out how Roger “Rocky” Walton can help you collect the compensation you are due for your losses, contact our practice online or call us at (817) 429-4299.
