Firework Accident Lawyer

Firework accidents cause sudden and severe harm to the lives of the injured and their families.

A personal injury lawyer can help you receive the compensation you deserve for your accident.

Since 1987, Rocky Walton has achieved major verdicts and widespread recognition as a firework accident lawyer representing Arlington, TX.

Fireworks Injuries Are Increasingly Common You Are Not Alone

/

In 2021, American emergency departments treated an estimated 11,500 fireworks injuries. This is nearly 2,000 more fireworks injuries than were treated just 10 years prior, in 2011. From 2006 to 2021, at least 158 Americans were killed in fireworks incidents.

Rocky Is Ready to Prove Negligence

Proving negligence is critical in any personal injury or wrongful death fireworks case. These are two potential areas in which Rocky can find and prove fireworks negligence:

Firework Misuse

Many fireworks incidents occur when an individual is negligent in their handling or usage of fireworks. Rocky and his team can identify key eyewitnesses and interview them to obtain critical information. We have also developed an extensive network of expert witnesses that we can call upon to help explain to the court exactly how the responsible individual's misconduct caused your accident.

Defective Fireworks

In some cases, the stage was set for a firework accident long before any fuse was lit. You may have become injured due to negligence during the firework manufacturing process. Rocky can pursue a defective product lawsuit to fight for the compensation you deserve. He has a proven track record in identifying design, marketing, and manufacturing defects. The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports almost 1/3 of all tested fireworks were found to contain noncompliant components.

We Protect Our Clients and Their Budgets

Choose an Attorney With Real Texas Roots

Rocky Walton was born in a humble Brazos Point farmhouse. His journey took him to San Antonio's St. Mary's School of Law and then to SMU, where he received an advanced law degree. Rocky's educational achievements gave him the option to leave Texas in search of greener pastures, but he decided to stay and become a lawyer who represents his fellow Texans.

Rocky further demonstrated outstanding commitment to his community by serving two terms on the Arlington City Council and becoming a board member of the Arlington Bar Association. Call or write to us to speak with a highly distinguished firework accident lawyer who truly cares about his fellow Texans.

The Clock Is Ticking

Statute of limitations laws set hard deadlines for when lawsuits must be filed. Victims who miss the deadline lose the ability to be legally compensated. It is important to speak with our lawyer as soon as possible about your personal injury or wrongful death case.

In Texas, the statute of limitations for a personal injury lawsuit is two years from the date of injury. For a wrongful death case, the deadline is two years from the date of your loved one's passing.

Wrongful Death Compensation

/

If your loved one tragically passed due to a fireworks incident, we can pursue a wrongful death lawsuit to compensate you for lost earnings and pain and suffering. Additional categories we can seek damages for include lost love and companionship, lost support and advice, and lost inheritance.
